I'll be teaching a workshop at the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA.  During this one-day workshop I'll be introducing massage students to Ayurveda and explaining how the knowledge of Ayurveda can help them in their practice.  To see the schedule of classes, click here.

I'll be going to the Celebration of Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda (CCA).  This is an annual event when CCA opens its doors to the community and offers yoga, lectures and a celebration (which includes a graduation ceremony).  Read more about it here.

I'm going to have a table at a health fair at Krav Maga.  More details coming soon.  They'll be offering free classes, breakfast/lunch and the health fair tables where you can learn about a variety of ways to treat yourself.  Come on by!  10am-1:30pm
